Our Master Bath – Fort Worth Home

2020 is OVERRRRR! Thank the lord!

What a whirlwind that was – for everyone I know; but at least in our home, the dust is starting to settle!

Im super behind on many life updates. We finished building our home in Ft. Worth, had our baby boy, moved to Colorado, and made it through sweet Eli’s heart surgery. So now I am majorly back tracking with this post of the master bathroom.

Although we were only there 3 months we worked really hard on all the finishes so I will still be sharing how everything turned out!

We went with a marble-look tile and honey colored cabinets in the master bath. I chose some retro globe style light fixtures for over the vanity. I needed to off-set the traditional chandelier over our tub. Cabinet stain color is Early American. (scroll to bottom for links to rug and art)

I’m obsessed with the huge picture window and missing our soaker tub greatly!! It’s no stretch to say this is my dream bathroom. We opted for a quartz countertop top here because quartz is very low maintenance and more durable than granite but so gorgeous! And to match the marble-look tiles we went with a quartz that has a bit of grey vaining throughout.

In the shower we continued the same marble-look tile and chose a calacatta marble for the flooring. It was definitely a little pricier but worth it especially with how little square footage we needed to cover.
